Sinopse:

A história gira em torno de Fushimi Inari, que está perdidamente apaixonada pelo seu colega de classe Koji Tanbabashi. No entanto, quando ela tenta conversar com ele, sem perceber, ela acaba o humilhando completamente no meio da sala de aula. Depois do ocorrido ele se nega a aceitar suas desculpas. Com o passar do tempo ela descobre que Koji parece só ter olhos para a bela Sumizome, uma colega das suas colegas de classe. Inari acaba invocando uma deusa raposa, Ukanomitama-no-kami, e lhe pede para ter a mesma aparência que a bela Sumizome. A deusa concede-lhe então o poder de mudar de forma, só que para isso a deusa quebra uma regra e pode acabar sendo punida, junto com a humana que ela ajudou.
