Two best friends discover a doorway leading to the hospital for super heroes.

1 - How the Mighty Med Have Fallen Part 1 & Part 2

Kaz and Oliver are trapped in the ER by an evil Skylar and the Annihilator and the two villains plan on taking over the hospital and eventually, the world.

2 - Lair, Lair

Oliver and Kaz attempt to visit the Annihilators lair to take his collection of superpowers and restore them to the superheroes.

3 - Frighty Med

When Olivers dad starts to wonder where hes going after school, Oliver says hes doing a play about Frankenstein.

3 - Mighty Mole

Kaz and Oliver suspect that there could be a hospital mole that is working with the Annihilator.

4 - I, Normo

Kaz boldly asks the most popular girl in school to the upcoming school carnival but is rejected, and tries to save face by claiming he already has a girlfriend. Much to Olivers chagrin, Kaz invites Skylar to accompany him to the carnival, her first venture into the normo world, in hopes of convincing everyone that she is his girlfriend. Meanwhile, Alan tries to prove his worth to his uncle Horace by attempting to cure Titanio, a superhero with amnesia.

4 - The Claw Prank Redemption

Kaz and Oliver know that Skylar is evil, but Skylar doesnt know they suspect anything. They need to keep it that way or she may turn on them as well. They brace themselves until Skylar asks Oliver to the school dance that night.

5 - Sm'oliver's Travels

Oliver uses his burgeoning medical skills at school when he performs CPR on a popular girls poodle, which quickly elevates his social status much to Kazs chagrin. When the popularity goes to his head, Kaz cuts Oliver down to size, literally, with a shrinking ray. Meanwhile, Horace cannot perform surgery on Citadel, an ailing superhero with an impenetrable metal exoskeleton, so shrunken Oliver is sent inside the heros body to diagnose the problem.

5 - Do You Want to Build a Lava-Man?

Oliver and Kaz travel to Skylars home planet, Caldera, to search for the Annihilators former mentor, Hapax the Elder.

6 - Pranks for Nothing

Pranks do not exist in Skylars world.

6 - Storm's End

Kaz and Oliver find themselves ambushed by the Annihilator and Skylar Storm on Caldera. With the help of Hapax the Elder, the boys must find a way to take down the supervillains and save the world.

7 - It's Not the End of the World

Kaz and Oliver meet superhero, Timeline.

7 - Future Tense

A man from the future visits the boys and reveals himself as Kaz twenty-five years from now. Future Kaz warns the boys of an evil villain wreaking havoc on the future.

8 - Evil Gus

When a strange illness gives Gus evil powers, Kaz and Oliver sneak him into the ER for treatment. Horace pretends to be Skylars father for a parent-teacher conference.

8 - Stop Bugging Me

Oliver, Skylar, Alan and Gus leave Mighty Med to work on a school project together, and Kaz is left alone at Mighty Med while a rare and dangerous alien bug is on the loose.

9 - Less Than Hero!

In an attempt to recruit new superheroes, Kaz holds superhero tryouts. Meanwhile, Oliver takes Skylar to a dance tournament to try to cheer her up when shes not allowed to compete in the superhero tryouts.

9 - Alan's Reign of Terror

Alan is put in charge of the hospital for a day, but he abuses his power and makes life miserable for everyone.

10 - Oliver Hatches the Eggs

Oliver must care for a sack of highly valuable eggs when a pregnant female superhero is wheeled into the ER. Kaz helps Oliver hide his pregnant state at school.

10 - So You Think You Can Be a Sidekick

Kaz applies to be Tectons sidekick, but Oliver is chosen instead. Alan and Benny form a superhero team of their own.

11 - Lockdown

Kaz plans a surprise birthday party for Oliver and accidentally lets in the villain Revengeance.

11 - Sparks Fly

When superhero Spark, a tough-as-nails teenage girl, meets Kaz at Mighty Med, they have an immediate connection. However, it fizzles quickly when she becomes overly possessive. Meanwhile, Horace puts Skylar in charge of security to keep villains out of Mighty Med.

12 - Wallace and Clyde: A Grand Day Out

Oliver is in charge of rehabilitating Wallace and Clyde since he believes they still have good left in them. Meanwhile, Kaz tries to give himself super powers with Skylars help.

12 - All That Kaz

Oliver enlists a mind-altering superhero named Neocortex to help him become more carefree and spontaneous like Kaz. When the brainwashed Oliver is too reckless during a crisis, Kaz is forced to step up and be the responsible one.

13 - The Key to Being a Hero

The Key Keeper announces his retirement, and Skylar and Kaz both express interest in becoming his replacement. Meanwhile, Oliver meets his mothers new boyfriend for the first time.

13 - The Friend of My Friend is My Enemy

Skylar introduces Kaz and Oliver to her longtime friend Experion, a cool and charming teenage superhero. But when Oliver catches Experion in an evil act, he must convince Skylar that her bestie is not as nice as he seems.

14 - New Kids Are the Docs

Gulliver and Chaz stumble into Mighty Med and Horace hires them, threatening Oliver and Kaz; Skylar makes a suggestion box to boost staff morale.

14 - Atomic Blast from the Past

Kaz and Oliver revive a frozen-in-time superhero from the 1950s named Captain Atomic. After Captain Atomic is wounded during a battle with a contemporary villain, the boys must travel back in time to save him.

15 - It's a Matter of Principal

Jordan theorizes that superheroes are real; Stefanie calls Skylar out for having a fake identity.

15 - Growing Pains

Oliver accidentally steps into the line of fire of a superheros beam during a routine test, which reverts him back to being 4 years old. While Kaz tries to fix Oliver, Alan develops an undesirable and embarrassing power.

16 - Night of the Living Nightmare

Kaz and Oliver are exhausted and stuck working the overnight shift during a lunar eclipse, when it is rumored that the freakiest patients come to the hospital. When Neocortex checks in with an illness that unintentionally traps people in their worst nightmares, Kaz and Oliver desperately try to stay awake and figure out how to save everyone from their nightmares.

16 - Living a Dream

Oliver experiences a weirdly vivid dream that inspires a story for a Tecton comic; Alan assist Horace in wedding planning.

17 - Mighty Mad

Tension is high at Logan high, and Kaz becomes suspicious that his substitute teacher is actually Dr. Wrath in disguise, a supervillain who feeds on negative energy. While Kaz is determined to get to the bottom of it, Oliver helps Alan get over his aversion to normo food.

17 - Lab Rats vs. Mighty Med

As Kaz stands by the Bionic Academys dying Chase Davenport in the superhero emergency room, Oliver and others seek to stop Incapacitator before he incapacitates the planet.

18 - Fantasy League of Heroes

Kaz launches a superhero fantasy league at the hospital. The heroes become obsessed with their fantasy stats and only perform saves and defeats that will boost their standings in the league.  Minnesota Vikings running back Adrian Peterson guest stars as himself.

18 - Thanks for the Memory Drives

Kaz needs to get a flash drive that Oliver got out of the principal before it explodes.

19 - The Dirt on Kaz & Skylar

Kaz and Skylar search for the all-powerful Arcturion; Oliver recruits an unlikely candidate to protect him from Mr. Terror.

19 - Copy Kaz

Wallace uses an optical image replicator to turn Clyde into an identical look-alike of Kaz in hopes that the disguised Clyde will trick Oliver into revealing the secret location of Mighty Med.

20 - Guitar Superhero

When a freak accident suddenly gives edgy rock star Jade super powers, Oliver and Kaz take her under their wings and introduce her to the world of Mighty Med.  Debby Ryan guest stars.

20 - The Mother of All Villains

Oliver grapples with an internal conflict as he walks his mother down the aisle. Meanwhile, Kaz and Skylar struggle to protect the Arcturion from all the villains it beckons.

21 - Free Wi-Fi

Kaz searches for a flash drive, thinking it contains Olivers study guide for a test, but it turns out to be a digital jail storing a villain named Wi-Fi. When Kaz plugs the drive into his laptop, Wi-Fi enters the physical world and simultaneously pulls Kaz into the computer.

22 - Two Writers Make a Wrong

When Horace complains that comic book sales are down, Oliver and Kaz join the writing staff to help spice up the books. However, the boys altered versions of the stories cause problems in the superhero community.

23 - Are You Afraid of the Shark?

Oliver and Skylar pet sit Horaces shark that is kept in the aquatic wing of the hospital. When Oliver feeds the shark the wrong food, the shark evolves into a man-shark.

24 - The Pen is Mighty Med-ier Than the Sword

Horace introduces the boys to an all-powerful device that looks like a pen, but can bring any illustration to life. Panic ensues at the hospital when the device goes missing.
