Sinopse:

Runway de Waratte começa com a história de Fujito Chiyuki, uma aspirante a modelo e filha de uma agência de modelos, Mille Neige. Desde pequena, o sonho de Chiyuki era ser a estrela da agência de seu pai e se apresentar na Paris Fashion Week. Com ótima aparência e um ambiente talentoso, parecia que ela estava no caminho certo para realizar seu sonho, mas logo se viu diante de uma parede aparentemente intransponível quando sua altura parou de crescer a 158 cm; muito curto para ser um modelo profissional. Embora Chiyuki ainda continue acreditando em si mesma por anos, apesar de todos dizerem que é impossível, a determinação de Chiyuki começa a desmoronar quando ela entra no último ano do ensino médio. É quando ela conhece Tsumura Ikuto, uma colega de classe com um talento surpreendente para desenhar roupas, que também pensa em desistir de seu sonho devido a circunstâncias infelizes. Juntos, eles iniciam a jornada de fazer o impossível para realizar seus sonhos.

1 - This Is Your Story

High school student Chiyuki Fujito is determined to become a Paris Fashion Week model despite being told its impossible because of her height. She finds out her classmate, Ikuto Tsumura, is a talented designer and asks him to design an outfit for her.

Tsumura stands up to President Fujito and earns a shot to work with Hajime Yanagida, an independent designer. They go to Tokyo Fashion Week where Chiyuki gets her chance as a replacement model at a critical moment.
