Sohokus Onoda, Imaizumi, and Teshima participate in the fall Minegayama Hill Climb. Onoda is unable to pull himself out of his slump, he is overcome with uncertainty. Meanwhile, Hakone Academy has sent their second-year Ashikiba Takuto. As Ashikiba overwhelms the other riders with his Metronome Dancing that makes use of his towering 202 centimeters, Sohokus new captain Teshima takes him on with his soulful riding!
