1 - Class President

Its sophomore year for newly elected class president Chad Amani. On top of the world after a summer of hanging with the cool kids, Chad fights to contain a secret that could destroy his popularity.

1 - Pilot

Eager to make his mark on his first day of high school, Chad spins a lie about his summer that quickly spirals out of control.

2 - Mr. Worker

Reeling from his school suspension, Chad is devastated to find that his mom has taken away all of his devices. On a downward spiral and in need of some serious guidance, Chad is sent to work at his Uncle Hamids Persian rug store.

2 - Sword

Chad receives a special gift from his estranged father, but when he uses it to gain social capital at school, his plans go awry.

3 - Mona

Chad becomes a peer helper to Mona, a new student from France whos also Persian. Chad tries to teach Mona how to navigate life in an American high school but winds up offending her, causing Chad to make a grand gesture to apologize.

3 - Ikrimah Breakup

When his mom breaks up with her boyfriend and Chads left without a father figure, Chad does everything in his power to win him back.

4 - Señor Doobs

Chad finds himself at odds with the schools beloved Spanish teacher. After the teacher confiscates a cherished item, Chad must try to get it back while walking the line between right and wrong.

4 - K-POP

In search of his identity, Chad joins Asian Appreciation Club and stumbles onto the world and wonder of K-Pop.

5 - Third Wheel

Chad thinks Peter and Denises relationship is moving too fast, so he tries to set some ground rules in order to slow them down. When those fail, Chad has to support Peters big step toward adulthood.

5 - Whiskey Slaps

When Chad discovers his little sister Niki is far more mature than him, hes faced with either growing up or falling further behind.

6 - The Dance

When Chads prom-posal to Mona fails, he tries to save face by going to the school dance with his sisters scary friend. Chad accidentally captivates his date, who tries to ruin his chances with Mona.

6 - Hamid

Desperate to score the newest LeBron sneakers, Chad finds himself on a wild and unexpected adventure with his uncle Hamid.

7 - New Brother

With Peters help, Chad tries to discover the identity of his moms new boyfriend. After a few leads and interrogations, Chad realizes shes dating someone who might be to his own social advantage.

7 - Lakehouse

Chads dream of becoming popular is finally within grasp after he receives an invite to a boys weekend at Reids Lakehouse.

8 - Maman Bozorg

When Chads grandmother visits from Iran, she complicates Chads plan to impress Mona, and Chad must reconcile the expectations of being a Persian man with the realities of being an American teenager.

8 - Finale

When the entire school thinks Chads been the victim of a hate crime, hes forced to choose between his newfound popularity and the truth.

9 - American Boy

Before a class trip to Vancouver, Chad learns hes not a US citizen. To help Chad avoid embarrassment, Hamid calls on an old friend. When plans go awry, Chad and Hamid must deal with the consequences.

10 - Class Trip

On a class trip to the Vancouver Aquarium, Peter and Denise coach Chad on how to express his feelings to Mona, but when she shares her summer plans, Chad realizes he must act quickly to get his girl.
