Seo Hwi and Nam Seon-ho want to take an exam to join the military, though for different reasons. They meet Han Hui-jae, whos trying to evade capture.

At the exam, Hwi tastes injustice, and Seon-ho faces an outcome he never desired. Despite warnings, Hui-jae keeps helping Hwi.
