1 - Se Poong, the Divine Needle

Se Poongs treatment of the Crown Prince gets him respect from His Majesty himself, and he gets the title “Divine Needle”. However, things go terribly wrong when he treats His Majesty. Se Poong blames himself for the tragic outcome, but Yoo Hoo Myung, his father, looks further into the case and finds evidence of the kings poisoning. Unfortunately, Hoo Myung passes away without being able to close the case. With hardships piling up, Se Poong even gets exiled from Hanyang.

1 - Yoo Se Poong And Gyesoo Clinic In Hanyang

Se Poong and the people of Gyesoo Clinic are now in Hanyang, and as expected, everyone feels relieved by their very existence. However, Se Poong is not all that pleased. Not being able to be with Eun Woo, Se Poong feels a void in his heart. As soon as Eun Woo arrives in Hanyang, the symptoms of His Majesty worsen, and the two get right on it. While looking for the cause of the disease, they run into their rivals.

2 - The Living Ghost

The cause of the epidemic that was spread inside and outside the palace seemed impossible to be found until Se Poong and Eun Woo caught a court lady stealing the palaces liquor. Se Poong quickly takes action and stops the spread of the disease. Meanwhile, the identity of the ghost gets revealed when it enters the Kings chamber to attack him during his sleep.

2 - Eun Woo Covered in Blood

Se Yeob recognizes who the lady covered in blood is the moment he sees her. However, he is in no shape to save her himself. Not long after, Eun Woo is brought to Gyesoo Clinic again in a critical state. This worries Se Yeob, and he decides that he should look into whatever it is thats causing her to harm herself. Meanwhile, it seems like there is a reason why Granny keeps calling Se Yeob by the name “Poong”.

3 - Momentary Peacefulness At Gyesoo Clinic

The members of Gyesoo Clinic are finally back in Sorak Village, and they enjoy the peacefulness of the village as they settle in. Unfortunately, before they even get a chance to simmer down, Jeon Kang Il and Princess Seo Yi show up at the clinic, making it painful and uncomfortable for the Gyesoo Clinic family to stay there even for a second.

3 - Gumiho In Sorak Village

The appearance of Gumiho tears up Sorak Village, but a little girl is accused of being Gumiho herself. Se Poong and Eun Woo look into the case, believing that a little girl could not have murdered two full-grown men. Meanwhile, a royal inspector dispatched to Sorak Village with a side task begins to look for a man named “Yoo Se Yeob.”

4 - The Story of So Cheon

Kang Il accuses Se Poong of failing to treat his patient, So Cheon, who even ends up attempting to kill herself. Princess Seo Yi proactively helps Se Poong clear his name by finding a lead in So Cheons case. So Cheon musters up her courage and tells Se Poong and Eun Woo what exactly happened to her.

4 - Se Poongs Painful Past

Se Poong is flustered when his painful memories are brought up again right in front of him, and it torments him. Meanwhile, a lady suffering from hand tremors visits Gyesoo Clinic, and this eventually leads to a tragic situation for Man Bok. Unless Se Poong and the others do something quickly, Man Bok, Se Poongs only friend, might lose his life.

5 - Saving Man Bok

Time is ticking for Se Poong and Eun Woo to save Man Bok, and they struggle to reveal the truth behind Gae Bans death. Meanwhile, a rumor starts to spread on the streets that the Kings death was caused by a mysterious poisoning, and those who are behind the Kings death begin to take measures to cover the tracks.

5 - All Princess Seo Yi Wants Is Se Poong

To Princess Seo Yi, nothing matters as long as she can wed Se Poong, and this causes a tilt in the well-balanced relationship between Se Poong and Eun Woo. Se Poong watches the Princess closely and finds a certain pattern in her behaviour, but its still not enough to cure her. Se Poong eventually obtains some of the missing pieces to the Princess puzzle during his trip to Hanyang.

6 - The Intimacy Between Se Poong And Eun Woo

Se Poong and Eun Woo make up for each others shortcomings as they continue with their journey of treating and helping people in need. Sin Woo watches them from afar, and their intimacy is just too unbearable for him to handle. Meanwhile, the truth behind the night of the deceased Kings death remains in the dark.

6 - Whose Daughter Is Ip Bun?

Kang Il comes back to Gyesoo Clinic, all injured. Physician Gye and Se Poong devote themselves to look after him. Governor Ahn remembers who Physician Gye and Ip Bun are. He demands Ip Bun be returned to where she belongs. Meanwhile, Kang Il talks the governor into writing a petition about Se Poong.

7 - The Secrets Behind Haedongboncho

Realizing that Haedongboncho has something to do with his fathers death, Se Poong looks for anything that is related to it. While doing so, he also figures out that Gye Ji Han actually knows who he is and who his father was. In the meantime, Gyesoo Clinic is on the verge of being sold at an absurd price due to a secret that Ji Han doesnt want to reveal.

7 - Se Poong And His Annulment

Se Poong is on the verge of losing all his titles and honors due to District Governor Ahns scheme. However, he refuses to submit to wrongful accusations. Physician Gye believes its safe for Se Poong and Eun Woo to be cautious, so he separates them for the time being. Lady Eun Woo visits a pregnant patients house for an emergency house call, but its already past the absurd curfew set by Governor Ahn.

8 - The Plague At Sorak Village

As the plague spreads throughout Sorak Village, those who are infected are on the verge of being burned alive just for the purpose of stopping the contagion. While treating the neglected patients, even Eun Woo gets infected, and Se Poong chooses to risk everything to save her. Meanwhile, Ji Han seems to be the only one who knows enough about the plague, but he just wont say a word about it.

9 - Se Poongs Chance To Live

Sin Woo offers Se Poong a chance to run away before he takes Se Poongs life. However, Se Poong stands by his principles and decides to stay, believing that Gyesoo Clinic is now where he belongs. Meanwhile, Eun Woo gets assaulted by a stranger. While looking into the incident, Se Poong and Eun Woo both end up expressing the feelings theyve been struggling to share.

9 - Se Poongs Return to Gyesoo Clinic

Feeling comfortable and content with each other by their sides, Se Poong and Eun Woo return to Gyesoo Clinic. However, Governor Ahn has been cooking up a scheme to completely bring Se Poong down, and at this rate, it is inevitable that Se Poong will fall into his trap. Unfortunately, by the time Se Poong realizes something is wrong, hes already in too deep.

10 - What Being A True Physician Means

After Governor Ahns failed attempt to harm Se Poong, he gets locked up in jail. Kang Il recovers from injuries and reports to the King what Governor Ahn did. Se Poong gets appointed as the head of the Medical Office and helps Eun Woo become a palace physician as well. Meanwhile, Granny prepares a gift for everyone before her long journey.

10 - Se Poongs Old Friend

After hearing about Sin Woos disappearance, Se Poong and Eun Woo feel that something just doesnt add up and start looking for Sin Woo and eventually find him in a fatal condition. While taking care of him in secret, an old friend of Se Poongs makes a surprise visit with an even more surprising message. At the same time, the opposing party looks for Se Poong to end his life.

11 - The Lost Hope

The truth is never easily revealed when people are risking their lives to hide it. The only person who knows and can prove the truth has died right in front of Se Poongs eyes, and it puts him in despair. However, nothing will make him back down unless he fulfills the duty given to him by His Majesty. Hanyang is his next destination, and this time Eun Woo accompanies him. Meanwhile, Commander Im proceeds with his plan to tear down Gyesoo Clinic.

12 - The Judgement Day

Se Poong acquires all the proof he needs to bring the evil ones to justice. If he succeeds, this will allow him to clear his name. However, even with apparent evidence, the corrupted ones wont go down without putting up a fight. Meanwhile, seeing Se Poong risking everything to do whats right worries Eun Woo.
