Sinopse:

Nos primórdios do século XX, em conjunto com os avanços tecnológicos, cientistas conseguiram desenvolver magia sofisticada. Circuitos começaram a ser feitos a partir de feitiços para mais tarde serem inseridos em objetos que assim ganharam vida e, mais ainda, uma personalidade própria. Agora, no tempo presente, Raishin Akabane frequenta a Academia Royal para se tornar o melhor do mundo a controlar este tipo de máquinas. Acompanhado pela adolescente Yaya, que na verdade é a sua marionete, o rapaz planeja ser o melhor da sua turma. Contudo, os resultados dos seus testes são fraquíssimos, apesar das suas capacidades de combate e da sua determinação não perderem para ninguém.
